Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers Chunkly Premium web subscriptions purchased through our checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your receipt and billing communications come from Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or contact us and we will help.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with Chunkly. You may request a refund if:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

How to request a refund

Email mdemir85@icloud.com from the address used at purchase, including your Paddle order/receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. You may also request refunds directly through Paddle’s buyer support.

Free tier

Chunkly can be used for free with a weekly translation quota. Premium only unlocks unlimited use — you are never required to pay to keep using the free features.
